Setting a Clear Intent

Hi All,

I just wanted to touch base with each of you and remind you to consider your intention for originally joining the group. If, for whatever reason, the group doesn't fit into your life plans at the moment, please be honest with yourself and consider leaving the group. Since we will partner up with a new partner at each meeting, it isn't fair to commit and then not follow through. We had a great group and it was my pleasure to meet each of you, but I totally get it if it just doesn't seem like the right thing for you or isn't the right time. That said, it was just our getting to know each other meeting and we have a lot more in store, so if you're on the fence, consider coming to another one and see how you feel. We understand either way.

Our 2nd meeting is on Thursday, May 29th at 6:30 at my place. If possible, touch base with your partner before then to share how your week has been.

Remember the 1st TAKE ACTION CHALLENGE from the Life Makeover Group:

1. Get a kick-ass journal that you love and take time to journal each week.

2. Journal about the top 25 accomplishments and things you are proud of that you did, experienced, achieved or felt over the last 12 months. Yes, 25!

3. Make another list with the top 5 accomplishment and the top 3 ways you've grown over the last 12 months.

4. Share #3 with your partner.
